There will be drama...and a whole lot of singing and dancing
We’re an open, inclusive musical improv community that hosts monthly “Toast & Jams” and welcomes performers of all levels. Come play, sing, support, or just enjoy the laughter. We also have a performance group called the Emotional Overtones.
Note: When ordering from our ticket partner Zeffy you can order WITHOUT paying any service fees. However, you have to select additonal amount and enter 0 at the end to avoid "tipping" the ticketing company. This allows them to give 100 percent of the payment to non profit organizations! You do NOT have to pay their suggested ticketing fee.
Sing for your Supper is Coming! The first musical improv dinner theater in the United States (according to the internet and AI...and they could never be wrong...) A three course Prix Fixe Dinner of a salad, entree and dessert...with a MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT group also performing as the "salad," "entree," and "dessert." Tickets go on Sale as soon as we announce the other groups performing with us (April 1 or 2). This will be UNIQUE and oh so funny. We promise!

We host monthly jams, support performers of all experience levels, and believe musical improv should be joyful, inclusive, and accessible to anyone who wants to sing, play, or just watch.
No experience required. Curiosity Encouraged! Come check out a "Toast & Jam" every 3rd Tuesday from 7:30–9:30 PM at Mimosas of Willow Glen.

What is a toast and Jam?
A "toast and jam" is an interactive event that serves as a casual improv workshop and performance all in one. It is similar to an open mic or an improv "jam," where anyone, regardless of experience level is welcome to get on stage and improvise scenes and songs with the performers.
Participation is optional: You can choose to join the performers on stage or simply watch and laugh from the audience.
Supportive environment: The sessions are designed to be fun and supportive, a welcoming opportunity for all levels to experience the joy of musical improvisation.
Anyone can join: — performers and audience members alike. They are wildly fun, hilarious and full of joy!
Essentially, it's a chance to "toast" the venue/group and "jam" (improvise) with others in a low-pressure setting.

The Emotional Overtones is the performance group within the South Bay Musical Improv community.
Known for bringing the party with us (and our orange flower leis), we perform fully improvised musicals across the Bay Area. We will come perform elsewhere and we invite other groups to come perform with us!
